Delivery is dependant on supplier's lead times and our sales staff will notify you of approximate antisipated delivery periods and if applicable any charges.
Estimated delivery times once furniture is in stock: Usually within 2 weeks. Fitting and installation is dependant on fitters availability.
FURNITURE
At Adam James Interiors (AJI) we have highly experienced installers trained to exacting standards to make sure that your own delivery day is pleasurable and stress free. Alternatively some suppliers may deliver direct to your home.
Delivery is door to door; your furniture will be placed in your chosen room and we remove all packaging. This is dependant on access at the point of delivery, and it is your responsibility to advise us of any possible difficulties before agreeing the delivery date.
ACCESSORIES & RUGS
Accessories and rugs may be delivered via Parcelforce at a cost to you, please note that a signature is required. Alternatively you may collect from store.
It is your responsibility to advise us at the time of ordering your furniture of difficulties that may be encountered when delivering to your property, ensuring this information is noted on the document when ordering. Safe access to the room of choice must also be considered ensuring the route is clear.
Any costs incurred affecting delivery will not be the responsibility of AJI, i.e. door or window removal etc. AJI are only responsible for delivery to your front door.
We would like to apologise, all delivery times given by us are approximate. We always give delivery times in good faith but cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss due to any reasonable delay or delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
We don't, but we can deliver to any UK mainland shipping port but please call for prices. You must arrange your own shipping.

STOCK ORDERS:
If, after having placed your order for goods that are in stock and you have a change of heart for whatever reason; you may cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. All you need to do is advise us by emailing us at: adam@aj-interiors,co,uk
SPECIAL ORDERS:
Cancellation for any items that are speccially ordered upon your request, that show a delivery lead time agreed at the time of order, is at the discretion of AJI and may incur any reasonable costs borne by the company; provided the goods have not entered production with the supplier, and the supplier agrees cancellation in writting. Any changes to specification of original orders or cancellation must be notified in writing to AJI and are not guaranteed.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy items from stock online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days after the day of receipt. This includes any delivery charge. If you require us to collect the goods we reserve the right to make a charge to cover collection costs.
ACCESSORIES:
For small items (delivered by mail/courier), you (the customer) are responsible for the cost and safe return to AJI. Where large products are returned unwanted and you require us to collect (if bought from stock and returned within 14 days as per the Distance Selling Regulations), we reserve the right to make a charge to cover the collection cost.
